Hunter Information

Are you—or someone you know—a disabled Veteran interested in the Dan Fout Memorial Hunt?

To be considered, please complete the online application and submit it by the deadline listed on the document. A lottery drawing will determine this year’s participants, and all applicants will be contacted via phone, text, or email following the drawing.

We aim to accommodate up to 40 hunters per day during each weekend event.

🏹 Equipment Needed

  • Compound bow, recurve bow, or crossbow
  • Bolts/arrows and broadheads

No equipment? No problem. We provide a crossbow, arrows, and instruction if needed. Hunters will be assigned a camo pop-up blind, pre-set and ready on-site.

🗓️ Application Notes

  • You may apply for a single afternoon hunt or the full-day Deer Creek event
  • Additional invitations may be extended if space allows

If you are not selected, it’s simply because we must keep the event safe and manageable for everyone involved. Your interest and support still mean the world to us.
